Hi, I’m Dante, a Level Designer based in Manchester, UK, with over three years of hands-on experience crafting immersive game worlds across both VR and traditional platforms. I specialise in designing environments that look great and play intuitively—balancing challenge, flow, and storytelling to create memorable player experiences.
My journey in game development has seen me contribute to multiple titles. I’ve led level conceptualisation, encounter design, scripting, and collaborative iteration with cross-functional teams. Whether building intricate puzzles or choreographing fast-paced combat encounters, I bring a gameplay-first mindset to everything I create.
I’m comfortable working in Unity & Unreal and with custom in-house tools, often bridging the gap between design, programming, and art to ensure ideas are realised seamlessly in-engine. I also enjoy working closely with QA and tech teams to fine-tune player balance and resolve gameplay challenges through iteration.
For me, level design is as much about emotional pacing and storytelling as it is about mechanics—every environment should feel like it belongs in its world, with moments that surprise, challenge, and reward players for exploring deeper.
